• 1931年，DeVry Technical Institute创立，是为德瑞教育集团公司前身之一，目前的DeVry Education Group是由DeVry Institutes和Keller-Taylor Corporation合并而成 ；
• 1966年，DeVry Technical Institute被Bell & Howell公司收购，成为后者教育集团业务的一部分；
• 1968年，Bell & Howell的学校更名为DeVry Institute of Technology；
• 1973内，Dennis Keller 和 Ronald Taylor创立Keller-Taylor Corporation，是CBA Institute的控股公司，后来演变为Keller Graduate School of Management；
